I can't get to profile as well. Waited and all I get is a 500 Internal Server Error. Same error with the list of Tournaments.Only way I have been able to get through to an actual
map is through someones latest activity...
Other info that might help ?
Browser Google Chrome
Windows XP

If if fails, can you try waiting 1 minute and try again? Just curious if there is an actual bug causing the page to fail to load, or if it's just the server it too busy and fails.
Let me know, thanks :) |

Yep ,no problem , tried again, have done so for about a week now, and same error message each time, it times out trying , takes it about a minute or so to get the white screen with the error

On an unrelated note. Sparticus, right after you applied your trick to increase speed, I can no longer check previous created and played tournaments.
Example: I wanted to see the replay of one of my maps. Square Junction, so I search using "Square Junction site:beatthegeek.com"
Result in google, the following link shown below, but once I click on it, it takes me back to the Home or Index screen. Am I out of luck or is there something you can do? This is very handy, it lets me check to see if players liked my map or to see what changes needed to be made.

Ugh... to increase speed I removed from the database data from tournaments roughly 6 months and older. I assumed that wouldn't be a problem as your profile only shows the last 10 days of games and I didn't think anyone cared about their score in 1 tournament 6 months ago.
I'm sorry if that messed things up for you :( |

no biggy. but if it isn't too much effort, i'd suggest to keep the all_time_top5's and their replays |

@lordcrumb
Why only the top 5 scores, and not the top 25? I'm asking because of the top 25 category that each map has. |

Not a biggy. Another reason I like having it was that, when I have multiple versions of a map, I could see which ones I had started before. Not sure if it's just me, that they aren't being shown, but if the thumbs up/thumbs down were populated in the "mytournaments" page, that would give me some info I could use, except for comments and replays, but I would take it.
See image: http://i61.tinypic.com/1nz8ty.png
Also, would there be an easy way of added some other ways of sorting my tournaments in the "mytournaments" page? Just counted and I have 332 tournaments listed. Of course, a few are replicated ones, etc. BTW, sorry ToriDanette, for hijacking this thread. :-) |
