Not really happy with the flood of overpriced games. Which is too bad, because the maps look interesting. I know, I know, don't pay, don't play, just ignore them. But seriously? Is someone just trying to score some quick bucks? This is an awesome TD gaming community, what's the deal? Am I alone in feeling irritated? If so, fine, I vented. If I'm not alone, just cut it out already!

All those overpriced tournaments were started by the same person... hopefully they realize that more people will join if they don't charge so much.

I'm boycotting those maps as well, mainly for simple and greedy reason: You have to be in the top 3 to get more GP out than you payed in.

I agree as well. When your first starting out, you don't have the GP as higher leveled players do. Also, why put out so many maps at the same time, I thought we were trying to cut back a bit on the map counts, so more players would play the same ones.

I do appreciate someone creating maps and all the time and effort that goes into that, but at the same time, I would like the maps to be much more affordable and played by a lot more players, thus each map would be funnier and would have more competition.

Well, you all expressed what I'm feeling even better than I did originally. Like I said, the maps look really cool, but I'm not paying those prices even though I have a ton of GP and no real use for it. LOL

May I offer you an alternative for your GP's, Chaosinmotion. There are lots of people in here that like to make maps but don't have the GP to launch them. I made it my mission to find them, ask them to play a game and sell the replay for 50.000 or so GP's.
Usually I'm the only one buying - but that doesn't matter. I get rid of my GP's, and the ones that are using it to the better of the site receive a cash GP injection.
I hope you can do the same!
