Why is it that they can't understand the Copy Right of 1976?
Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
I've even gone as far as to rename the Warner Music Group to the Whiner Music Group. |

@ digimonhacker: not only be careful with music you use for videos but also witch pictures of people. your intention was good, but not everybody would like to have a pic of the family be used in a youtube video... its a different thing from a profile pic in a selfmade game. know what i mean? forgive me that edu-crap ;) |
