Hey all,

My apologies but a script that hands out geek points and experience when a tournament ends had an issue today. It got caught in a loop and therefore handed out tons of GP and exp. Some people gained 30 levels.

I was forced to restore to a previous backup of the database. I do a backup every night at 3am. So, I'm sorry to day that any thing done one the site today was not saved.

I am really sorry for this. I believe I have fixed the issue with the script and will watch it over the next day to make sure the fix works.

Please let me know asap if you see anything wrong with your stats. It should be exactly that you had before today.

You shouldn't have lost thousands of points. Any data from 3am (MST) yesterday to 9pm (MST) yesterday were lost.

The issue seems to be fixed.

There are two tourneys, that seem to stil have the issure. I got a whole level with these tourneys:

560 Exp

The tournament 'Your towers need a key-position to win this map.' has ended. 9 hours 53 minutes ago
600 Exp

That is a lot of experience!

Those 2 tournaments I think ended right around the time I fixed the issue. I'll leave those as they are as the 600 exp your received is nothing compared the the 100,000 exp people were receiving yesterday.

However, if you see any more tournaments doing this, please let me know asap.
