Putting Points in Harder Creeps does increase the score but not the HP of the creeps.
Points in Extra power ups however does increase the Creeps HP.
Tested that on 2 differnd maps.

I can confirm that what T19 says is true for the following map:

Played through 7 levels.
WITHOUT bonus, the creep HPs were as follows: 33, 36, 41, 48, 57, 68, 389. The score was 532.
WITH 4 bonus points to Harder Creep, the creep HPs for the first 7 levels were the same. But the score was 553. |
