Tournament placing is not showing on the tournament list ('your place')

this happens now and then (due to the cheat detector?). but in the tournament lobby your pace is correct i assume. easy

Ahh, just figured out why the place isn't always showing.... it's been fixed now but will only show your rank for future best scores.... (so for currently running tournaments you best score might not show it's rank on the tournament listing page).

Shouldn't happen again.

i am updating both this post and the "scoring bug?" post which i made some comments on since they seem to be the same issue.

while i am no longer having the problem with tourneys having no placement listed at all, another problem seems to linger.

it seems that it logs your very first placement and never updates.

example: on your first attempt you quit early and get placed 20th. on your second attempt you do well and place 3rd. it seems that it will always list you as 20th (on the games page and the my profile page.)

EDIT: i reran some tests and it seems to be working now. perhaps it was a temporary issue. thanks for the fix.

Ya, I think it's fixed. Keep in mind it doesn't update your place until the cheat detector has verified your game (this can be anywhere for 1 second to a minute depending on how busy it is).
