I do not know who created it but tournament with ID 737 (Sands Of Time, Fast Creep Spawns!) has my vote to be upgraded to a standard torunament, as it brings interesting challenges quite different from the others.

That actually is already an official tournament.

To make this more clear on which tournamnts are part of the offical map rotation and which maps are private maps, I've added a "Tournament Created By" display to the tournament results page (found just under the map image).

It will tell you if the tournament if offical or private there as well.

Hopefully that clears everything up :)
