This post was written at 12:04 a.m. my time, EST, and it shows as 10:04 p.m. instead. Can there be site options in our profiles to be able to change our timezone? You can also have the site choose the timezone automatically based on where we put our world map point.
To build even more on this. Could we have a profile options page for stuff like this? Whether to change avatar, about me, and many other things you might want to add eventually to allow more customization. |

Ya, I could probably do that. I'd have to see if the google map will tell me what timezone you are in. |

If it does, please tell me how ;)
I mean - we use Google Map services @ work and the API's are to get something returned are quite... interesting... when wanting something returned other than adresses and/or GPS coordinates. |

Geonames will do this for you I.E. convert co-ordinates into a place and then into a timezone - but it doesn't understand daylight savings very well
