In BTG as in life, the rich get richer, and the poor, well, they immigrate to other games.

At the time, no one in the upper 30s or higher, including people who generally play frequently - lordcrumb, MainstreaM, etc. - had played any of the active games.

I certainly didn't mean to imply anything nefarious, and I don't understand the comment about them getting bonuses. I was just referring to Sparticus's comments over the last few weeks about developing a new game, and a few weeks ago mentioning that he'd be selecting some people to beta-test it. I was just speculating that maybe Sparticus is getting closer to rolling out his new game, I wasn't intending to rub people the wrong way.

LoL. No worries, Sierrajeff. I don't think anyone is offended - I certainly ain't.

For me personally: I can't be on-screen all the time for ever... I had a good 157 days at this site and it became an addiction. Once I realize that (usually takes me about half a year...) it is time to minimize gameplay and change to something new.

So I'll be offline more and more.

the same. i'll step by now an then, check my rankings, try to keep the 3rd place (no mainstream, i'll not give up).

Funny you say that, because over the last 2 weeks I've also been plateauing in my game play. With every game there reaches a point where it seems like "you've seen it all" (or you hit a wall and games start being annoying instead of fun), and I think I'm reaching that point with BTG (in the sense of the maps starting to be same-old same-old, not in the sense of hitting a wall). I just haven't gotten quite as highly ranked as you guys :)

The new game is not being beta tested by anyone right now as it is still in development. I'll let you all know when I start picking beta testers.
