I haven't figured out how to put a GP price on replay... Do you have to be a certain level or wait until the tournament is over or what??

You can only put prices on replays in games where the difficulty is not "easy". Easy replays can be viewed by all for free so that new players can learn from more experienced players.
If you have played a medium or harder map, there should be the words "set price" next to your score.
